| 説明 | We celebrated my lovely wife’s special day in style, wishing her many more golden years ahead. Phyllis received many thoughtful gifts and greetings from family and friends across the country. She spent a few hours opening presents and thanking everyone, then we faced the rainy weather for our next adventures: chanting the Gayatri Mantra in a special yoga practice led by my teacher Nikki; and hearing the Forty Part Motet, a sublime sound installation which moved us to tears. Adam and Dani joined us for drinks at the Interval and a wonderful dinner at Greens in Fort Mason. It was so good to spend that time together, to celebrate a very special person who has touched our lives more deeply than she’ll ever admit: meeting her nearly four decades years ago is the best thing that ever happened to me. Enjoy the journey ahead, sweetie. It furthers one to cross the great water. We love you! xoxo |
