| 説明 | Co. C, 11th KS. CavalryGeorge Henry McIntire was born Mar 8, 1844 in Wilton, New Hampshire to Timothy and Catherine Jane McIntire. In 1847 his family moved to Lancaster, Massachusetts and then to Dixfield, Maine in 1849. He enlisted in 1862, in Company C, Eleventh Kansas Volunteers and participated in the engagements of Prairie Grove, Cane Hill, Price's raid from the Kansas to the Arkansas Rivers, and escorted the mails from Fort Larned to Bent's Fort; was mustered out in August, 1865. |
