| 説明 | Recipe from The Pioneer Woman.I cut way down on the butter (I only used 2 Tbsp plus a bit of olive oil -- I think I could have omitted the butter entirely), and used half-and-half instead of the heavy cream. I also used fire-roasted tomatoes. Not sure if it was the tomatoes or the tomato juice, but I found this to be very salty. It's tasty, don't get me wrong, but I'm going to need to cut it with water when I reheat it tomorrow. A good recipe, but one that (for our tastes), still needs some tweaking. |
