| 説明 | A trip down the Danube by boat from Melk to Krems is a nice experience, especially if the weather is good. Melk has an Abbey that is worth seeing, and is also a pretty little town. Ride the boat to Durnstein, a town with a beautiful church, vineyards, and the castle, where, as the story goes, Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned for a while (way back, during the crusades). You can climb all the way up the castle ruins, a decent short hike. From here, a short boat or train ride will get you to Krems, another beautiful town. Both Melk and Krems are about an hour from Vienna by train. |
