The National Park Service and BLM are currently working on a management and interpretive plan for this 1874 site and segment of the Oregon-California National Historic Trail between Glenns Ferry and Boise.Partners involved in this process include the Norstebon Family Trust, Idaho Heritage Trust, Idaho Chapter of the Oregon-California Trail Association, National Park Service and BLM. This partnership will continue to restore the exterior of the 1874 Canyon Creek Stage Station in the next 5 years and place new interpretive signs at the site. Learn more: on.doi.gov/1RTCZrr. |
