| 説明 | A glass of Tsarina Esra BA Eisbock by Brouwerij de Molen was the beer I chose to open Borefts Bier Festival 2015 with.De Molen Tsarina Esra BA Eisbock is a barrel aged eisbock version of the 11% abv Tsarina Esra imperial porter. It poured black with only a thin, quickly dissipating head. It smelled of sweet dark fruits, candy and licorice. Mouthfeel had a flat, oily texture. The flavor was rich with notes of licorice, dark fruits, sweet syrup and a warming sting from the alcohol, but it still felt really smooth and elegant. Another great beer from De Molen. |
