| 説明 | This is an unusual Japanese license plate with reflective background and numbers painted with a green paint that glows in the dark and still glows after several hours in total darkness. This is what the plate looks like in the daytime. At night when the light shines on it the numbers appear dark green. Pic 2 shows this same plate in the dark without light to refect the plate the numbers glow a bright green and the reflective white background appears black.
