This is a regular dumping spot. Frequent clearance of bags of domestic waste, mattresses and discarded furniture apparently encourages more of the same. As well as getting this pile cleared, I asked if someone was available to open the bags and look for evidence of where they come from. I also requested that thought is given to how we stop this location being used for dumping in the future. |
