Representing the U.S. Army Jyuji D.Hewett, executive deputy to the commanding general of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, also spoke.Baker received the Civilian Medal of Service and a letter from President Obama. Baker had more than 48 years of federal service. |
