説明 | Heading through Hyde Park Corner to get to Apsley House. The famous Wellington Arch. It is now an English Heritage property (or Historic England as they are called now). You could pay to go up the arch (if you want), although we didn't and only looked around Apsley House.2015 is the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo, so think I missed an exhibition here about the battle (although there was items in Apsley House that were given to the Duke of Wellington after the war ended). The arch is Grade I listed.Wellington Arch, Westminster TQ 2879 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER HYDE PARK CORNER, SW1 88/19 9.1.70 Wellington Arch (Formerly listed under GV Constitution Hill) I Triumphal arch, now containing police station.
