| 説明 | ---My first impressions are that it was just another small suburban Malaysian Chinese restaurant, until Bill Chin the owner came out. He spoke Hakka, Cantonese, and Malaysian English :)We had Char Kway Teow as an entree, and it didn't disappoint. We were all quite surprisd by how crunchy the little cubes of pork fat were, and how faint smokiness of the noodles. The only thing missing were the cockles, but since we can't get fresh ones in Melbourne, it is better left out!
