The Afghan Air Force is responsible for CASEVAC support to the Afghan-led hospital, the most capable Afghan medical facility within Kandahar and Helmand provinces. The ANDSF works closely with coalition advisors from Train, Advise and Assist Command - South to advance their capabilities of providing premium care as part of the NATO-led Resolute Support mission.
