Susan Simmons, medical NCOIC for the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Regiment, teaches newly joined guardsmen basic first aid during the Regional Basic Orientation Training I held in Austin, Texas, Aug. 14-16, 2015. RBOT teaches the new Guardsmen military customs, basic first aid and CPR, drill and ceremony, land navigation and radio communication skills.
