| 説明 | Col. Brian Connelly, incoming 58th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade Commander replaces Col. Robert Frick, who receives a Legion of Merit medal, as he completes a successful command of the 58th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade. The casing colors followed by the 58th EMIB change of command ceremony took place at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation near Reisterstown, Md., on Aug. 1, 2015. Connelly recently completed a deployment to Afghanistan as the commander of the 1100th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group.
