| 説明 | Soldiers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade, conduct a static line jump out of a U.S. Air Force C-130H Herculesover Lielvarde Airbase, Latvia, during exercise Steadfast Javelin, Sept. 5, 2014. The 173rd will conduct a airborne joint forced entry in Bulgaria, while the 1st Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, conducts a simultaneous airborne joint forced entry into Army training areas in Germany as part of exercise Swift Response 15. Swift Response 15 is an Army Europe-led exercise including 11 NATO nations that will focus on training rapidly-deployable units in Europe to work together as a cohesive team. The exercise will take place from Aug. 17-Sept. 13, 2015 in Germany, Italy, Bulgaria and Romania. |
