In the 1950´s, architect Gustav Sergel, who designed these skyscrapers and the square in front of them (Sergel´s Square, see previous picture) with a dream of a new era, a modern society with new, creative ideas and open-mindedness. Do I have to tell you that Sergel was never understood and didn´t get recognized and appreciated until after his death...? |
