| 説明 | I met this man on my way to visiting a Pagoda in Phan Thiet. Surrounding this area of town are solid, multi-level homes made of brick. As I got closer to the Pagoda, the homes were one story shacks made of bamboo. If there's one thing I've learned in Vietnam, it's that being poor isn't something to be ashamed of. After visiting the Pagoda, this man stopped me and we chatted in broken english and broken vietnamese for a minute. He wanted me to take a photo of his chilli plant. He's proud of the plant. And he should be, they are beautiful chillis. |
