Bayard are fitting a man labeled 'Reform Democracy' with the 'Thos. Jefferson Pattern', while cabinet members Lucius Q.C. Lamar, William C. Whitney, Daniel Manning, [and] Augustus H. Garland measure, cut, and sew fabric labeled 'Justice, Anti-Silver Swindle, New Navy, [and] Honest Administration, Interior Department' on the left side of the shop.
