| 説明 | A walk up Grwyne Fawr to the dam and round the reservoir. The remains of the earlier and much smaller dam built to provide water and electric power for the construction of the main dam. Very much a forgotten piece of industrial history, 1800 ft up in the Brecon Beacons and unseen except by the small number of people who walk round the main reservoir, it being invisible from the well-trodden path at the top of the bank on the far side. The path leads over the mountains to Hay-on-Wye. |
