| 説明 | Rho Fiera Expo Milano 2015Theme: You Are What You EatThe pavilion was designed by Archiban using the delicate, simple and harmonious architectural theme of the Moon Jar, a traditional type of porcelain pot in the shape of a full moon.The Korean Pavilion addresses various issues of food that the human kind is confronted with. They will help to increase awareness and offer a direction in finding the solution.Symphony of Food: Balance illustrates the healthy and harmonious composition of Hansik, that constitute overall good health. The exhibit will feature a multimedia show which portrays the notion of harmony.Science of Time: Fermentation explores the nutritional benefits of fermentation, a process that is used in a wide variety of Korean traditional seasonings and dishes. Visitors will have a chance to look at the process of fermentation in Korean cuisine with the use of Onggi, a traditional earthenware vessel.Wisdom of the Earth: Storage will further highlight the beneficial attributes that go with fermentation with long rows of Onggi that are buried underground to complete the aging process.(Via Feel Desain & Expo Milano 2015 official website) |
