| 説明 | Recipe* Grate, chop and process carrot, red onion, zucchini, add mashed chick peas (including cooking water) to your liking, include garlic if desired and any herbs from the garden like parsley.* Add egg and dry falafel mix to make a thick batter, add some wholemeal flour if extra binding needed.* Pump up the spice to your taste, see below.* Shallow fry desert spoonfuls in olive oil over a medium heat. Should make around 10 delicious falafels.* Serve with your choice of olives, salad, hummus, garlic yoghurt sauce and bread.* Open a beer and enjoy!* Simple dry Harissa - ground: cumin, coriander, chilli, paprika, caraway, etc.* Easy yoghurt sauce - Crush garlic and stir into plain yoghurt and lemon juice, add chopped mint. |
