| 説明 | A glass of Bush De Noël 2012 from Brasserie Dubuisson in Pipaix, Belgium, served on tap at Kulminator in Antwerp.Bush De Noël is the 12% abv Christmas special brewed by Dubuisson every year and known as Scaldis Noël in the US. This particular one was from a keg that Dirk van Dyck had left in the cellar at Kulminator since 2012, making it three years old when I had it in May 2015.Unlike the very disapponting Mikkeller 40 Smaragd, this three year old beer really lived up to its reputation, with an elegant oxidized sweetness, lots of dried fruit and a fine spicy character lingering in the long aftertaste. High class! |
