| 説明 | gumpaste flowers (roses, carnations, callas, ivy, hosta and buds), pastillage abstract kitties, with royal icing filigrees, cornelli lace and extension work (and piping -- snail trails!). Worst, we made (yes MADE) the rolled fondant. Evil stuff. I'm buying it in a bucket from now on. Fickle, fickle, fickle. Especially when encasing a yellow butter cake that is pure evil. But it came out okay. And ALL the cakes in class looked fabulous. Lots of work, but fun to do. |
