| 説明 | A bottle of Færder Supreme Stout at Færder Mikrobryggeri in Tønsberg, Norway.Færder Supreme Stout is a 6% abv stout brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, flaked oats, rye malt, toasted barley and molasses and hopped with cascade. In addition some 10 kg of fresh coffee, from Supreme Roastworks - hence the name of this beer, was added to the 20 hl batch.The beer poured dark with a tan head. It smelled lovely of fresh coffee, some black chocolate too. It sported a creamy texture, with a nice balance between coffee, black chocolate, sweet malts and notes of rye bread. Very smooth and highly enjoyable. Will be released at Vinmonopolet in September 2015.PS. I'm sorry for the low resolution photo, it was taken with a cell phone not my regular camera.[read more] |
