| 説明 | New York Army National Guard Soldiers from Company A, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion conduct casualty search and extraction training April 17 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst to better prepare for urban search and rescue. The engineers, based in Lockport, New York, are part of the National Guard Homeland Response Force that supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region II. The HRF, with more than 600 personnel, conducted a full-scale exercise for response to a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident here April 15-19.
