| 説明 | I Believe in Magic: Prompt Seven, Gratitude for Each StepI like to celebrate with my kids. Last night while on the beach at sunset, we set up the auto-timer on the camera and practiced 'family jumping shots'. Unfortunately, this was the precise time my body began with flu symptoms - we kept jumping though, because the resulting photos were hysterical to us. When I told the kids I wanted a 'celebrate each step' photo, they came up with this idea. That's part of how we celebrate - we each contribute something to the practice so the creative expression holds our individual and family energy. Yes, we are all wearing shoes, which is unusual - it was cold on the beach (for us).I love that we can (and do) celebrate through everything. Even though my fever was spiking and I had to occasionally stop to get sick, I felt that joy and I know it helped my symptoms not o worsen. Taking time to celebrate each step is one of the most effective practices of presence I know to cultivate natural joy and infinite posssibility, regardless of external. |
