| 説明 | All of Merthyr Park was once badly degraded. At the time of our visit in September 2014 it was managed by Launceston City Council but maintained largely by volunteers. The work done on the north side of the park was extensive, but the south side still contained rubbish from its days as a tip. The rusting water tank on the left was a common article of rural rubbish, but someone had also gone to great effort to hang a bicycle up the tree on the right. |
