| 説明 | So, the street is narrow and free parking is not allowed. So you park on the pavement and pull up beside the waste bins so that anyone coming along with a pushchair, some shopping or a walking stick has to walk into the middle of the road. I know it's "only for a minute" but it's inconsiderate and it's unnecessary. It happens all the time. |
