| 説明 | Back in 2002 I used to copy the complete Wikipedia data dumps onto a CD-R every few weeks. Somewhere in 2003 it got too big for one CD, and I had to put the big English-language site on its own disc. Eventually it got way too big, and I gave up on having non-HD copies lying around. Recently though I discovered my Power Mac can write dual-layer DVD+R discs, which are big enough to hold the highly-compressed .7z version of English Wikipedia's complete edit history. Yay! |
