| 説明 | Damage caused by me touching the tintype with the shellac applicator. On the other tintypes I just dripped the shellac on and let the excess drip off. I did some experiments on a few damaged tintypes to see if a coating of shellac would improve the image. The testing did not go very well and I cannot recommend this on any good or important tintype. Image on the left is before the shellac and the image on the right is after the shellac coating. |
