| 説明 | * Measure out the grains* Mill it and put it in bags* Put the bags in hot water for 30 minutes* Take out the bags* Add the malt extract to the water and bring it to a boil* Add the "bittering" hops and boil for 30 minutes* Add the "flavoring" hops (and the cranberries) and boil for 10 minutes* Turn off the heat, and add the "aroma" hops and wait for 5 minutes* Run it though the heat exchanger and into the jug for primary fermentation |
