Sébastien-Marcel Biasini1896-97.When luxurious hotels on the Riviera hills started to be deserted for hotels on the seaside, it is declared bankrupt and sold in auctions in 1935.On July 17, 1937, a new real estate company is founded under the co-named "Regina" and the 400 rooms are transformed into 98 apartments. |
