| 説明 | Participants in the Group on Earth Observations pose for a group photo in the lobby of the World Meteorological Organization in Geneva.This week a U.S. interagency group of experts led by NOAA Administrator, Dr. Kathryn Sullivan, participated in the 11th Plenary meeting of the intergovernmental Group on Earth Observations (GEO). GEO has just reached a milestone, having been re-chartered for another decade by Ministers in January. This meeting will provide direction to the organization as it refines its next 10-year Implementation Plan – with the overarching objective of promoting the timely and open access to Earth observing data for informed decision-making.
