| 説明 | Scarlet is the color of this campus and I 've been planning a shot of this landmark tower for a while. This is one of the prototypes. I need a good location on good day. A good location is any place where I can see this tower clear of its surrounding trees, power lines, and buildings. A good day is any day when the sun or the moon rises or sets exactly behind this tower and there is no clouds in the sky. Neither the location nor the time is easy to find in Ohio where the terrain is mostly flat and the sky is mostly cloudy or rainy.A couple of weeks ago I went out before sunrise to check a location. I snapped a photos and posted it on Flickr and submitted a copy to the university. The photo made its way into Flickr Explore and received thousands of views and hundreds of favs but the university rejected it. |
