| 説明 | SEPANGAR, Malaysia (Oct. 7, 2014 ) -- Senior Chief Machinist's Mate Alan Sanchez, middle, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), explains the purpose of planning and logistics to Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) sailors during a quality assurance Submarine Safety Program (SUBSAFE) seminar and tour, Oct. 7. The purpose of the seminar and tour was to give RMN sailors training and insight on how the U.S. Navy's SUBSAFE program works and further strengthen ties between the two navies. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
