| 説明 | Trombone choirs are an important (and still popular) element of the protestant traditions in Germany.Browsing through old hard discs and files can be fun. Recently I recovered a set of photos I took back in 2007 when the city of Cologne was crowded by participants of the Nationwide Protestant Church Gathering (Deutscher Evangelischer Kirchentag). Not being a participant myself I was fascinated by the friendly atmosphere. Everybody was enjoying themselves, and there was singing, dancing, playing, worshipping, preaching and playfulness all over the place. It was a very colourful event which I photographed after work. |
