The excursions proved to be more popular than in any previous year. About two hundred and twenty members were present when Dr. Bradfield and his assistants guided us over the bridge construction works, and one hundred and ten journeyed by motor coaches and private cars to Cordeaux Dam, where Mr. T. B. Cooper, President of the Metropolitan Water Board, had made complete arrangements for our convenience in respect of guides and hot water.”Annual Report, 1927 p. 382. |
