| 説明 | I am uploading today a series photos of flowering tree in the local park. I walked pass this tree on my way to work, every spring I admire its gorgeous bloom. Some years it flowers more profuse than another. It seems in a drier years it has more flowers, and this spring is very dry (we did not have any rain for months) . The tree: Cassia brewsteriNative to Eastern Australia (QLD, NSW). commonly known as Brewster's Cassia.Click here to see all my photos of this beautiful treeThis time you can also see the butcher-bird on the tree. I have to note that in spring they (birds) become aggressive protecting their nests/territory. In another photo (below) you can see the bird is flying directly to me attacking me. While I was flicking by my camera it gave me a few flicks very close to my head. All Australians know exactly what I mean ;) |
