| 説明 | On Thursday 2 October the Health and Social Care Committee met with service users and service providers from across north Wales and south Wales as part of their inquiry into New Psychoactive Substances also known as legal highs.Group discussions were held in the afternoon in Wrexham for the north Wales participants and in Merthyr Tydfil for the south Wales participants. The group discussions were held with an array of different service providers including the police, NHS, and local councils. The purpose of the event was to discuss with representatives their views on the New Psychoactive Substances and what should be done to tackle the issue.The Committee will now consider the outcomes of the discussions, alongside other evidence given in formal evidence sessions and in written format. Cynhaliwyd y trafodaethau grŵp gydag amrywiaeth o wahanol ddarparwyr gwasanaethau gan gynnwys yr heddlu, y GIG a chynghorau lleol. Diben y digwyddiad oedd trafod gyda chynrychiolwyr eu barn ar y Sylweddau Seicoweithredol Newydd a’r hyn y dylid ei wneud i fynd i’r afael â’r mater.Bydd y Pwyllgor yn ystyried canlyniadau’r trafodaethau, ochr yn ochr â thystiolaeth arall a roddwyd mewn sesiynau tystiolaeth ffurfiol ac yn ysgrifenedig. Bydd yn defnyddio’r wybodaeth hon i ysgrifennu adroddiad ar y mater a fydd yn cynnwys argymhellion i Lywodraeth Cymru.
