| 説明 | Chicken on split bamboo skewers, the ends are tied with lemongrass to keep the chicken in place. They were served with rice paper, a little heap of herbs and salad leaves, and a peanutty dipping sauce. The idea is to take the meat off the skewer, sit it on the rice paper with the greens, roll it up and dip it into the sauce. At 7,000vnd ~ 0.35AUD each, I'd call it a bargain! *Taken with my phone. |
