My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks.Palace of Justice - In 1836, the Gard department's architect, Gaston Bourdon, rebuilt the courts designed by Charles Durand, the city architect, in 1811. He kept its similarity to an Antique "temple" but made it larger and gave it a more luxurious appearance by using the Corinthian order, together with sculptures. Part of the inside of the building still has the original decorations. |
