| 説明 | A visit to Carsington Water on a fine September morning. A reservoir with sailing boats and birds etc! A park run by Severn Trent.It is between Wirksworth and Ashbourne. You can see the reservoir from the main road!Plans for the reservoir started in the 1960s. Construction began in 1979 and finished by 1992.You can see many sailing boats and canoes out on the water! Also various bird species and wildlife.A short walk towards the bird hide, not that there was many birds to see from it!wooden decking - this one was seen behind a locked gate! |
