| 説明 | The varnish and the emulsion dissolved within 15 seconds of the application of the shellac. I did some experiments on a few damaged tintypes to see if a coating of shellac would improve the image. The testing did not go very well and I cannot recommend this on any good or important tintype. Image on the left is before the shellac and the image on the right is after the shellac coating. |
