| 説明 | Our guide, Keith Richardson can be seen immediately left of the entrance to Greta Hall, sporting white shirt above dark grey breeks. My wife Joy is sitting on the bench right of the doorway and is unfortunately obscured. Once bootless we entered the house to a warm welcome and made our way up to Robert Southey's Study on the first floor on the right of this view, (passing his and on the opposite side of the landing; Mrs. Coleridge's bedroom ). We settled in the study spending the next hour in stunned admiration of the views, taking tea while discussing the house its history and reading some of the poems so connected to it. Should I get out more? I don't know, but I found this all very thrilling... |
