| 説明 | Continued from the previous pic. Despite it seeming as though there is nothing much on sale in this stand, there are at least four or five different types of fresh foodstuff on sale here. Seen here are casava (similar to tapioca in India- immediate foreground) and black sticky rice (whatever in the world is that?) At the far end is grilled fish, displayed in typical Lao fashion- on two sticks. Just out of the picture are fresh eggs and fresh fruit, particularly fresh ripe banana.
