| 説明 | The judges said "Joe wins this award because of his willingness to learn, the way he builds relationships and for his analytical expertise. With his team proactively asking him to work on projects after less than a year in his career, he certainly stands out as a Rising Star".At RNIB he taught himself SQL and reimagined a report that provided metrics for digital fundraising activity.He was asked to help analyse the reach and success of the charity's flagship event, "read for RNIB'. He designed a way for fundraisers to record data relevant to their campaign consistently and coherently. He then tackled the RNIB Raffle, teaching himself how to convert XML into a relational database which he stored within a SQL server database. This offered responses, insight and metrics faster than would otherwise have been possible. |
