Folding the middle part was a bit difficult and recommends a not too small paper size.No glue was used.Since these are vertex modules with four arms, assembly of a cuboctahedron should also be possible. Pentagons probably give too much tension on the paper in the inner of the polyhedron.The hole in the middle is a cube. Would be nice to fill it with an origami cube. When I'm patient enough one day I'll see how large that has to be and fold one. Two more photos of other perspectives in my stream. |
