| 説明 | Mark Nedzbala, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District area engineer, conducts a site visit of a retail fuel point at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Constanta, Romania for potential contractors March 25. The project will include all required inspection, maintenance, calibration, testing, and petroleum maintenance services required to verify three above-ground systems are capable of receiving, storing, and distributing fuel at MK Romania.
