| 説明 | A bottle of Bearded Farmer 4: "Taylor" Saison from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, at Schouskjelleren in Oslo.Taylor is the 4th release in Westbrook's Bearded Farmer series of saisons, brewed with a good portion of rye and wheat malts, hopped wiht Tettnanger and Pride of Ringwood, and finally fermented with a blend of farmhouse saison and brettanomyces yeasts. The result is a 6.5% beer which poured like a geyser, in a cloudy orange yellow color. It smelled of tropical fruits with a nice sour edge to it. Mouthfeel was soft, lovely carbonation. Flavor followed up the fruity aroma with a fine spicy aftertaste and light sour tones. A lovely saison. |
