| 説明 | Europe District’s Special Emphasis Program Committee wrapped up its observance of Black History Month with a special celebration Feb. 26 at the Amelia Earhart Playhouse in Wiesbaden, Germany. The event featured guest speaker Ricki Stevenson, founder of Black Paris Tours. Her insight into the city’s African-American heritage is so in-depth that her presentation is often referred to as “The Real History of France,” organizers said. A potluck lunch was served after the program. Mia Burroughs-Grady, a Europe District budget analyst, coordinated the event for the Special Emphasis Program Committee.
